VERY POOR SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION PLEASE AVOID!
I’ve just rung Cheltenham Mowers - the receptionist said, ‘the man with the Hyundai’ then laughed. They charged me £116 for a service. I had explained the problems we were having with the mower. They said they’d tested it and it was running fine. Home - same problem. They said they’d get a spare part, pick my mower up, bring it back. It never happened. Today they said they had the part - no one had contacted me. I’ve told them I want nothing more to do with them, I’ll just accept the loss. PLEASE AVOID!!

Excellent service
Just purchased a Mountfield self propelled petrol lawn mower from Mowers on line. Great price and speedily dispatched. I am unfamiliar with the assembling of the mower. I needn't have worried as I messaged mowers on line with a couple of queries and received an immediate response. A short video and a photo helped me tremendously. Steve was very helpful and friendly too. Most impressed!!

I wish I had read the other reviews before ordering. I ordered and paid for a new mower which never arrived. I chased up and was told that the courier company said it had been delivered and it was my word against theirs. They said they would contact the courier and that it would take ‘a number of days’ no commitment to get back to me or update me. After many phone calls and much chasing - people always promised to get back to us but never did… we eventually agreed the mower had not been delivered and were would have a refund within 3-5 working days. 2 weeks later after further chasing I have just received my refund. A month after placing my order. Not sure this happens every time but would advise looking elsewhere…

Don't order from the company. TIME WASTERS.
They selling part's but don't have in stock.
One week later, after my email they say.... don't come from supplier.

All delivered as expected
Recently purchased a sit on mower and brush cutter online. I can not fault the order and delivery process - everything was delivered in the time scales advertised.
I had an issue with the mower (user issue) and a quick phone call sorted out my mistake in seconds.
New mower.
Ordered a new Cobra Briggs and Stratton engined mower online on a Friday, received it Tuesday morning by FedEx. Mower and extra starter kit were well packaged, minimal building up, added oil supplied and added fresh fuel, started second pull and ran like a dream. Very pleased with purchase. Thanks Cheltenham Mowers.

I found these good people whilst searching for a replacement plug for my mulcher mower (which I concluded that I had emptied into my green wheelie.) Tried for hours on my iPad to put in the right model no, parts no, gave up. I rang Cheltenham Mowers, and an incredibly kind and helpful lady located my mower type, serial no., found the part - which I paid for - and Lo and behold! Said chunky part arrived THE NEXT DAY! I didn’t think such incredible customer service still existed these days, very many thanks for their help and advice.

New Cobra mower - great experince
Having brought lots of things online, this was one of my good experinces - ordered a Cobra cordless mower and a working day later, received in perfect order viaTNT direct from their supplier (driver was extra helpful).
The mower is a delight to use and put a smile on my face - 400square foot lawn done on a single charge, and so much quicker. (also if you are tall, these mowers are worth a look as three diff handle height settings is very helpful)
Will use again.

Excellent service, recommend this company
Looked online for Hayter mower, showed in stock but I’ve learnt to distrust these claims so rang the company and they confirmed they had 8 in stock.
Ordered on line and 45hours later it was delivered by very friendly delivery man to a small rural village in Lincolnshire.
Also competitive price.
Incompetent Timewasters
Like a lot of folk have said in reviews treat the adverts of this bunch with a barrel of salt. They will tell you they have the product in stock, take your order and your money and then tell you the item is not available and has been out of stock even before the time your order was placed. Clearly their stocktaking system is as shambolic as the accuracy of their website.

Excellent service. Very easy to find the mower part on a customer friendly web site. Ordered midday and product delivered next morning under free delivery service. Delivery address is on the Isle of Wight and often deliveries can be later than mainland. Product very reasonably priced and well packaged for transit. I've already recommended the company to friends that order mower parts from time to time.

I enquired about a Stiga cutting deck and was told I would need to email details of the machine,when I explained that it was for a Stiga Park was told that not available as “all sold out”. Rude and unhelpful service. Amazed that this company has such I high rating. Perhaps they should teach their sales staff some manners

Rude Service - phoned to ask about delivery and complain that DX Delivery send a text on morning of delivery saying delivery will be before 6pm - in others words we are stuck in the house all day. Mowers on-line were not interested and said that’s the way it is. It’s now 5pm and still no mower. Not a very pleasant chap to talk to on the phone.
